We'll confirm your design — we'll come back to you with any questions and confirm that we can bring your idea to life
Payment — once you're happy with the details, we'll send through a payment link for your $75 NZD custom order
Your mockup — once payment is received we'll create a digital mockup of your design for your approval
We get painting — once you've given the thumbs up, we'll hand-paint your mat fresh to order
Dispatch — allow 5–7 business days from approval, then we'll ship it to your door anywhere in NZ 📦
