Shipping policy

Made to Order

All DAPAH Creative doormats are hand-painted to order. This means your mat is made fresh specifically for you once your order is placed. We do not hold pre-made stock.

Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be made and prepared for dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding New Zealand public holidays.

Need your order sooner? We can sometimes accommodate rush orders. Please contact us at hello@dapahcreative.co.nz before placing your order and we will do our best to help.

Delivery Within New Zealand

We ship to all addresses within New Zealand, including rural delivery addresses, using NZ Post and Aramex.

•       Urban delivery: Typically 2–4 business days after dispatch

•       Rural delivery: Typically 3–6 business days after dispatch. A rural delivery surcharge applies to rural addresses and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery timeframes are provided by the courier and are estimates only. DAPAH Creative cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all New Zealand orders over $100 NZD. This applies to urban delivery addresses. Rural delivery surcharges may still apply to rural addresses on orders over $100.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your delivery at nzpost.co.nz or aramex.co.nz depending on which courier is used for your order.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. DAPAH Creative cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at hello@dapahcreative.co.nz and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

International Shipping

At this time we ship to New Zealand addresses only. If you are based outside New Zealand and would like to place an order, please contact us at hello@dapahcreative.co.nz to discuss options.
